Shipping:
- All items that are not available for shipping will ship via your
designated shipping method as soon as they become available.
- All orders are shipped via FedEx. FedEx does not ship to
P.O. Boxes.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer

Cancelled Orders:
- All orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in
full to credit card used for purchase.
- All orders cancelled after shipping will be charged a
15% restocking free and any shipping charges.

Returns:
All items are eligible for return with in 30 days of delivery. NOTE: There is a 15% handling fee for
all returned items. Shipping charges are non refundable.
All returns must meet the following requirements:
- Items must be in the original box and in new condition.
- Please provide order number and complete name and address on all
communictions.
- All items must have an RMA number to be returned. (See below.)
How to obtain an RMA number:
- Call (949) 472-4369 or fill in the Contact Us form and
request your RMA number.
- Package your product in the original shipping box.
- We cannot accept "Collect Shipments."
- Ship your packages to us using the return address you receive when you request your RMA number.
- Returns without RMA numbers will be refused.
Return times:
- Returns are generally processed within 1-2 weeks after
being received.
- Your original credit card used for the purchase will be
credited.

Exchanges:
- Items that are damaged during shipping will be exchanged
for like item.
- Items that are found to be defective will be exchanged for
like item (Please see warranty information below.)
- Follow the instructions above to request your RMA number for your
exchange.
