Shipping:
  • All items that are not available for shipping will ship via your designated shipping method as soon as they become available.
  • All orders are shipped via FedEx.  FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer

Cancelled Orders:
  • All orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full to credit card used for purchase.
  • All orders cancelled after shipping will be charged a 15% restocking free and any shipping charges.

Returns:

All items are eligible for return with in 30 days of delivery.  NOTE:  There is a 15% handling fee for all returned items.  Shipping charges are non refundable.  All returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be in the original box and in new condition.
  • Please provide order number and complete name and address on all communictions.
  • All items must have an RMA number to be returned.  (See below.)

How to obtain an RMA number:

  1. Call (949) 472-4369 or fill in the Contact Us form and request your RMA number.
  2. Package your product in the original shipping box.
  3. We cannot accept "Collect Shipments."
  4. Ship your packages to us using the return address you receive when you request your RMA number.
  5. Returns without RMA numbers will be refused.
Return times:

  1. Returns are generally processed within 1-2 weeks after being received.
  2. Your original credit card used for the purchase will be credited.

Exchanges:

  • Items that are damaged during shipping will be exchanged for like item.
  • Items that are found to be defective will be exchanged for like item (Please see warranty information below.)
  • Follow the instructions above to request your RMA number for your exchange.

Our only obligation is to replace any item proved to be defective. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.
