The Bird Spider® 360° is a physical bird deterrent used to prevent large birds from landing. The Bird Spiders spins around 360° while it's "arms" bounce and sway to prevent birds such as gulls, pigeons and crows from landing.
How the Bird Spider works:
The Bird Spider 360° spins while "arms" bounce and sway in the wind creating a visual distraction that frightens birds away from the treated area. Also, large birds cannot land within the arms of the bird spider.
Bird Spiders are ideal for:
♦ Boats / Boat Covers and Canvases
♦ Air Conditioner Units
♦ Dock Pilings
♦ Near Pools or Jacuzzis
How Are They Sold?
The Bird Spider 360° is sold in four sizes; the size measurement is the diameter of the unit: 2', 4', 6' & 8'. Each spider has a mounting base that can be glued or screwed down. Optional mounting bases are also sold including a rail mount, boat base and sand bag base.
The Bird Spider 360° is mounted to a rotating base that allows the unit to spin around in the wind to scare off birds. A series of stainless steel arms stem from a round PVC base. The movement and spinning of the "arms" prevent large birds from perching in concentrated areas. Bird Spiders are a humane, low cost solution for preventing birds from landing on areas such as boats, dock pilings, AC units, and more.
